We have an experienced and diverse development team. Our staff’s technical skills are complemented with excellent business operations experience and in-house multilingual skills covering several languages, including English, Spanish, Russian, and French. RSI was founded by Ed Aviles. He has extensive experience in the application of information technology in support of business activities. He held various positions at the global headquarters of one the largest and most successful consumer goods companies in the world. In these positions, he supported a large number of distribution and sales activities through the development, implementation, and deployment of information systems. Ed has also worked for McKinsey & Co., one of the most prestigious global management consulting firms. His accomplishments at McKinsey & Co. include helping one of the leading retailers in the U.S. with the design and implementation of a plan that increased same store sales by 15%. As an independent consultant, Ed also helped one of the most successful internet companies of Silicon Valley identify and develop a strategy to target the most attractive vertical markets for its offerings. He also holds an MBA degree from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from The Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech).
