Documentation Manager 

This person will be responsible for the development of user guides, technical references, and training materials for a wide range of client-server and internet applications.  The position requires the following qualifications:

High level of proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish

3-5 years of experience in a similar position

Ability to quickly learn and use enterprise applications

Ability to use one or more courseware development tools

Bachelor’s degree or higher
